My grandson loved the ornament. My daughter and I loved the quality of the ornament. Each year I buy him an ornament and with it having his name and dated will be something for him to cherish and use on his own Christmas tree when he gets older. Getting this ornament was a breeze! It came, customized as I asked, but unfortunately was broken. I reached out and the seller apologized and immediately sent out a new one. No muss, no fuss! Stuff happens with the mail occasionally, but what's really awesome is a seller who doesn't put the onus on you to fix things. My daughter is sure to love this adorable Christmas ornament.
